Generation Justice partners with Pajarito Mesa, Youth Development, Inc., and Everyday Democracy to document the Strong Starts for Children Initiative. As part of the Strong Starts for Children Initiative, Youth Development, Inc., and Pajarito Mesa worked together to address the needs of families living on the Pajarito Mesa. In order to highlight the challenges and identify community leaders and solutions, Youth Development, Inc., and Pajarito Mesa partnered to host community dialogues on the most vulnerable members of the community: the children.

Run For Healing is a 267 mile run from Albuquerque, New Mexico to the Mexican border at Santa Teresa, New Mexico to raise awareness about youth violence in New Mexico. Michael Brown, local community leader in Albuquerque and founder of COMMONSENSEnm will be running all ten marathons back to back.
