The KUNM Youth Radio Project recently attended the 2010 Fame and Shame Awards held at the historic KiMo Theatre, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. At this event, Josh Horton, a KUNM Youth Radio Project member, interviews Larry Elmore.
On Sunday, January 17, 2010 a march commemorating Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., took place in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Members from the KUNM Youth Radio Project attended this event and brought back what they experienced. In the process, Josh Horton conducted several interviews with members of the community. Also in attendance were Youth producer Dezbah Evans, Kamaria Umi, Kyle Farris and Briana Cristo.
