Freaking Amazing: 700 Net Neutrality Protests in All 50 States
“L-O-L! O-M-G! We need Net Neutrality!” was heard all over the country this Thursday. Internet users came out irl to more than 700 events to show their support for net neutrality. The outcome was amazing and should not be ignored, @AjitPaiFCC. (via Free Press)
Leaked Video Shows FCC Chair Ajit Pai Roasting Himself With ‘Jokes’ About Being a Verizon Shill
What a luxury it must be to be in the same room as Ajit Pai as he laughs and “jokes” about all the damage he’s causing and then having the nerve to laugh. In a leaked video from the FCC’s annual gathering of the Federal Communications Bar Association (a.k.a. Telecom Prom), Ajit Pai is having a good time exposing himself as a corporate shill for Verizon. It hard to laugh when you know that Pai is a literal puppet. (via Gizmodo)
Silicon Valley Is Sneaking Models Into This Year’s Holiday Parties
Although the year is coming closer to an end, I’m still asking myself the question I’ve been asking myself all year.. ”How is this an actual thing that is happening?!” This time, the question is directed at Silicon Valley, and the tech companies that are “quietly paying $50 to $200 an hour for each model hired solely to chat up attendees.” Have men learned anything about women this year?
