Sunday August 19th, 2012, Generation Justice aired the audio form Strong Starts for Children Initiative. In 2010 Everyday Democracy partnered with 5 Organization in New Mexico working to help better the lives of New Mexican children. Generation Justice documented their work in videos. UNM Family Development Program and Pajarito Mesa, in conjunction with YDI, participated in the Initiative.

Sunday August 12th, 2012, Generation Justice featured an inspiring youth leader and important events for youth and families. Youth Producer Bashar Jawad sat down with Devont'e Watson to discus his work as a local and national youth leader.
Voces 2012 is a National Hispanic Cultural Center and Urban Verbs Production. This is an intensive four-week writing workshop that trains youth on POWERFUL writing, editing, and interpretation. Generation Justice aired the Final Presentation of the best of their summer poetry.
