6.22.14 Mentorship [Radio] – Generation Justice

Mentors are a valuable resource to the community and can play a huge role in the lives and development of young people. This week’s show highlights the work of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America in New Mexico by speaking with Chief of Marketing and Outreach Sharon Tenorio, and Big Sister Denise Nava. The we’ll hear from two men of color who were mentored, and now pass on that knowledge by helping others—Mark Worthy, an educator, and Russ Mitchell, managing editor and news anchor at WKYC in Cleveland.
