In January of 2010, Generation Justice visited Santa Fe to get the perspectives of students that were talking to legislators in order to advocate their position on the HB3. House Bill 3 supports a program called G.R.A.D.S. that allows young mothers to be able to continue to pursue their education with additional support such as childcare. The program G.R.A.D.S. stands for Graduation Reality and Dual-Role Skills and is crucial for young mother’s graduation turnout.
