On December 3, 2010 the NM Youth Alliance held the 2010 Youth Practitioner Summit. Youth from around New Mexico came together to share their stories with each other and their adult allies.
“Dropping In” a production created by youth about barriers that keep students from graduating, was presented at the summit. KUNM Youth Radio Project’s Victor Torres interviews Calle Treppiedi, Sal Treppiedi, Jorge Mendoza, and Paola Castillo, members of the cast of “Dropping In”. They share in describing how the play came alive and why they created and participated in it.
