This week, Sunday November 18, 2012 at 7 PM MST on KUNM, Generation Justice featured the second part of the 3rd Annual OUT Loud: Bullying Prevention Community Forum presented by The University of New Mexico’s LGBTQ Resource Center.

 We continued our discussion by hearing from individuals in our community who represent resources available to those being bullied.  The different resource include the UNM LGBTQ Resource Center, the Transgender Resource Center of New Mexico, Agora Crisis Center, APS Bullying and Prevention, the Bernalillo County Parks and Recreation, Strong Families in New Mexico and More!  The Com­mu­nity Forum on Bul­ly­ing Pre­ven­tion was cre­ated in response to a num­ber of nation­ally reported cases of teen sui­cides that resulted from homo­pho­bic bul­ly­ing and harass­ment in 2010.
