Public school is back in session across New Mexico; however, many of our students are receiving a less than quality education, which is a violation of their constitutional rights. We join Dr. Diane Torres-Velasquez, President of the Latino Education Task Force and an associate professor at UNM, as she recaps the historic Martinez v. State of New Mexico lawsuit for public education.
