Early Vote Rally: Interview with Public Enemy’s Brian Hardgroove – Generation Justice
On October18, 2010 an Early Vote Rally was held on the UNM campus. Students gathered around to listen to several speakers talk about the importance of voting.
The speakers included Lt. Governor Diane Denish, Representative Martin Heinrich, and Brian Hardgroove from Public Enemy. KUNM Youth Radio Project's George Luna-Peña interviews Brian Hardgroove. Hardgroove tells why it is important for artists to send out a positive message in their music and why it is important for young people to be involved and vote

Speak Your Vote UNM – Generation Justice
KUNM Youth Radio Project put out Speak Your Vote NM, a blog for young people, ages 13-30, to express their opinions to the candidates. This blog gives a chance for young people to have a voice and for their voices to be heard. All the posts will be forwarded to both candidates. KUNM Youth Radio Project's Lucia Martinez and Carson Lafferty interview several UNM students and ask what issues they want the gubernatorial candidates to focus on and a question they would ask the candidates.
